steps......

first step connect mobile to pc

how...open volcano tool go to detect tab spd/ankya

and click detect after auto detect set manually 1.Gnd 2.D- 3.D+ 4.n/a 5.Gnd

and click set pinout



second step.... open UpgradeDownload.ini add volcano comport number in this ini

FilterPort=1,2
EnableFilter = 1

[PortSetting]
FilterPort=1,2,ur comport number
EnableFilter = 1


third step....



open flash tool click to load packet and select pac file after select fail error come click load packet now u see one new folder in ur flash file folder open this folder and u see there no pac file now u change files of type select all file now u see one archive file select it click ok go to hw info bar select manually hw info file from ur flash file folder click ok click start downloading
