Nokia, phone cantacts not open.

Nokia asha 301 stopped opening phone book contacts, it reads operation failed, contact in phone memory can not be moved, seen, or copied. Flashing the phone will delete the contacts. Contacts important and have not been backed up.
Is the any solution to recover the contact, making the phone book start opening without deleting contact in the phone memory.
