Phoenix and Nokia 6260

Hi All, please help, i'm trying to install phoenix flasher, at the end it says something about the dongle, then it stops installation. any idea what to do?

i'm trying to flash nokia 6260, the phone is plugged in via usb but flashing (jaf) says cant find phone.
please help
