Nokia phoenix and 6260 phone

Please excuse me if this is not in the right area.

Hi All, please help, i'm trying to install phoenix flasher, at the end it says something about the dongle, then it stops installation. any idea what to do?

i'm trying to flash nokia 6260, the phone is plugged in via usb but flashing (jaf) says cant find phone. phone screen is white and go on and off all the time.
please help
