Nokia 1616-2 auto charging solution

When I Insert Charging & Then Remove But Charging Not Stop...
Auto Charging...
So I Remove I.c & Capacitor & Make Jumper from Charging point To Resistor..
But Same Position Auto Charging...
Plz Give ME SOLUTION
