Pls follow below process.
1.)*Pls download the software.
2.)Pls put card1 file first in to microSD memory card and then insert the card in to the tablet. Switch it on the product will start getting update.
You need to put android folder in the root of the microSD card.
3.)Once the update is finished. Switch off the tablet again.
4.)Put card2 files in same memory card( Remove the card1 files) and insert it in the tablet. Switch on the product will start get updated.
You need to put Android and preload folder into root o the microSD card.
5.)Once it is updated shut it down, remove memory card and restart the device and check.
